Kia ora! I’m Alex,

With over two decades of experience supporting families, I've embraced various roles, starting as a qualified nanny before delving into early childhood teaching in 2008 following the completion of a Bachelor of Education (ECE). Juggling the joys and challenges of motherhood to twins truly enlightened me to the complexities of parenting, igniting a passion to support and guide parents on their unique paths. I connect with parents through both group and one-on-one mentoring sessions. In my support for parents, I draw upon my certifications as a Postpartum Doula, registered Circle of Security Parenting and Classroom Approach facilitator, certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner, and most recently, certification as a Holistic Sleep Coach.

I strongly believe that nurturing children during their early years significantly influences their foundational growth and development. Attuned, respectful, and responsive care is paramount, and I'm here to support families in understanding and navigating the first five years.

Ngā mihi nui,
