Services for Professionals

Working with those in motherhood

There are three services available to support professionals to enhance their knowledge of matrescence and maternal mental health to strengthen their work with mothers. 

We offer Professional Development Training for anyone working in maternal health who would like to learn more about matrescence — the transition into motherhood and maternal mental health.

You can join our Professionals Membership. Stay up to date and connected with other professionals passionate about matrescence in Aotearoa and join the Matrescence NZ Professionals Membership register here. 

If you’d like to provide you own matrescence education for those you work with, we encourage you to join our more comprehensive Matrescence Educator Certification in 2025.
