She supports women through their matrescence journey; you do not need to experience severe symptoms to seek therapy.
Christina enjoys supporting clients to gain new skills that can be used for a lifetime. Christina is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR.Pricing/Booking

Lydia provides psychological therapy and specialised support for women’s health and wellbeing needs across all life stages, and working with mothers, birth-givers, whānau and parents throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. She offers individual therapy to help with a wide range of areas including but not limited to perinatal mental health and wellbeing, including pregnancy related issues, birth preparation and previous birth trauma, parenting/realtionship issues, chronic pain, pelvic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, workplace issues, IBS, Fibromyalgia and vulvodynia and vaginismus.
Pricing/Booking
Sessions are $180 for 50 minutes. Additional fees apply for reading, reports, liaising with others documentation required charged at $180 per hour.

Shelley Templeton

Shelley has 30 years of experience in mental health, with 15 years in the specialist area of perinatal mental health, and currently work across both the public and private sectors. She works with women who are experiencing antenatal and postnatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma, grief, loss and women adjusting to all the changes and stressors that becoming a mother can bring.
Her role for Te Whatu Ora Canterbury DHB is within the Plunket Perinatal Adjustment Programme where she offers home visits, assessment of mental health and interventions to meet the needs of each woman and their family.
