Antenatal workshops for parents-to-be

Preparing for parenthood: the emotional journey

We are proud to offer unique antenatal classes in Christchurch NZ and online antenatal classes for expecting mums and their support people, focused on preparing for the psychological and emotional changes and challenges of parenthood.

These workshops are founded on evidence-based research and lived experiences, led by a registered psychologist and other experts.

The framework focuses on supporting the wellbeing of parents before and after the birth of their children. We provide resources that parents before you have found to be most valuable - things that Google won’t tell you!

We highly encourage both mothers/birthing people and partners/a support person to come along. Those that have attended feel they are better equipped with an understanding of the mental and emotional journey about to be experienced by mothers and themselves.

After having their babies, attendees have told us this workshop was invaluable and helped them significantly. You’re welcome to read our Google Reviews to hear directly from previous participants.
