This two hour online webinar is designed for anyone working with mothers who would like to learn more about matrescence — the transition into motherhood.

If you are a midwife, this webinar counts towards Midwifery Council education hours.

The webinar is focused on the psychological and emotional journey women go through during their unique experience of motherhood, and is delivered by registered psychologist Christina Bond.

The workshop content is relatable, and provides you with language to normalise and validate your client’s experiences as they transition to parenthood. We share evidence-based research on changes and challenges women and mothers face throughout pregnancy and postpartum. This content aims to enhance perinatal mental health and support maternal flourishing.
