All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.
Registrations must be completed via our website and payment received to secure your place on a workshop. Confirmation will be sent via email.
DISCOUNTS
Couple rates and special discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other. If participants are eligible for more than one discount on a single workshop, the largest discount will be applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate you letting us know if you’re unable to attend a workshop you’re registered for. While refunds are generally not available, we’re happy to offer flexibility in the following ways:
You may transfer to another course, send someone in your place, watch live online, or access a replay if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the workshop.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered, but are not guaranteed.
If we don’t receive notice of your absence, the full workshop fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation—it helps us continue offering valuable resources and support.
NON-ATTENDANCE
If you do not communicate prior to the day the workshop runs that you will not be attending you will be charged the full fee.
COURSE CANCELLATIONS
Matrescence New Zealand reserves the right to cancel a workshop at any time due to insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances. In this instance, the registrants will be contacted and offered a place on the next scheduled course date. Alternatively registrants may request a full refund.

This membership will start on the date of purchase, and is renewed automatically annually unless cancelled prior.
This membership is limited to one per person, cannot be shared or transferred to anyone else, and cannot be refunded.
‘Business promotion opportunity to engage with Matrescence New Zealand audience’ refers only to businesses that align with Matrescence New Zealand values, and will be up to the discretion of Matrescence New Zealand. Will require proof of sufficient qualifications, and proof of experience in their field of supporting mothers.

You are granted a restricted, non-transferable, single-use license to access and use the course materials for your personal use in connection with your participation in The Matrescence Practitioner Certification. You consent to refrain from editing, copying, reproducing, making derivative works of, selling, or otherwise profiting from any of the certification content in any way unless we specifically permit you to do so.
Per these terms and conditions, "certification content" refers to any and all resources created and/or used by us in the delivery of the Course, including webinars, videos, programs, course materials, assessments, and digital goods (such as ebooks).
Only one person may view an online education session per registration. Matrescence New Zealand reserves the right to immediately terminate access to the online session if it reasonably believes that more than one user is accessing the session. For this reason and to allow you to interact with the room we sometimes ask that you leave your camera on during the session.
If Matrescence New Zealand experiences technical difficulties that result in participants being unable to access the online session, we will liaise with affected participants to arrange a suitable resolution. Determining whether a credit or refund is a suitable resolution in any particular case is the sole discretion of Matrescence New Zealand.
Matrescence New Zealand takes no responsibility if you cannot connect to the online session due to your system and/or your internet connection not meeting the requirements.
Matrescence New Zealand’s liability is limited to the value of the fee(s) paid by the participant when registering their attendance for the particular online session.
Viewers are prohibited from making any audio and/or visual recording of the online session.
Matrescence New Zealand reserves the right to terminate the online training session if the terms of the Code of Conduct are not adhered to.
Resource Utilization
Participants are granted the right to utilize all resources provided by the organization in their professional practice with clients. However, participants are prohibited from sharing these resources with other practitioners or using them to instruct others in teaching matrescence without prior written consent from the organization.Matrescence NZ will use Pre Course and Post Course Surveys anonymously and confidentially.
Attribution Requirement
When sharing any illustrations, frameworks, or related materials derived from the organization’s resources, participants are required to provide appropriate credit to the originating organization. This acknowledgment is essential for preserving the integrity and recognition of the original work.Copyright and Branding
All documents and materials distributed under this agreement are protected by copyright and are the property of the organization for the year 2025. Participants must include the organization's logo on all published documents to ensure consistent branding and proper representation of the organization.Rights to Work Created Within the Certification
By participating in the Matrescence Practitioner Certification, you agree that any materials, assignments, projects, or content created or submitted as part of the certification program may be used by Matrescence NZ. This includes, but is not limited to, anonymously incorporating these works into training resources, educational materials, marketing efforts, or other content designed to support and advance the work of maternal health professionals. Matrescence NZ retains the right to adapt, reproduce, distribute, and utilize this content to further its mission, while ensuring proper attribution when applicable.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Matrescence NZ resources for direct work with your clients.
These materials are intended for your personal professional use only and are not to be shared, reproduced, or adapted for distribution to colleagues or other professionals.
Teaching & Training Restrictions
Our resources are not licensed for use in training programs, workshops, or "train-the-trainer" activities.
If you wish to share our materials with colleagues, we encourage you to direct them to Matrescence NZ to access proper training and resources.
